(4) The lubrication system has an unobstructed oil path and the gas path system works reliably.
(5) The drive system, drying system, and electrical system should have safety protection devices to ensure the safety of operators and production.
(6) Stable feeding and feeding, sensitive adjustment of traction tension, flexible rotation of guide rollers, and neat feeding.
(7) The pipes and valves of the ink supply system and gas system should be sealed and well-sealed. Ink and air supply are normal.
(8) Working noise is not more than 85dB(A).
(9) Appearance quality:
①The exposed non-processed surface should not have pores, bumps, or depressions;
②The exposed processed surface should not have rust, bumps and scratches;
③Bluish, bright electroplated parts without spots, scratches, etc.;
④The non-processed surface should be smooth and even, with the same color tone.
(10) The specifications of the machine are consistent with the contract description.
